TK's final vision for the South Pointe area was to offer luxury shopping at the base of all the gleaming towers. He wanted residents to live in luxury and yet have convenient accessibility to the best shopping in town. To fulfill this dream, TK designed and built “The Shops” at Portofino.

From chic fashion to the world's finest wines and champagnes, this row of boutique shops is destined to become the anchor for Miami Beach's “Rodeo Drive“.

“The Shops“ at Portofino are only a few steps away from all of the luxury towers and other residential developments in South Pointe. There are premiere retail spaces on the ground level and luxury office suites on the upper floors.
