That is why I am looking for 30 acres of prime real estate to create and develop a waterfront hotspot for both the travelers and residents, creating a one and only jet set hub in Asia.

It will be a place where locals and visitors experience an incomparable quality of life as luxury and innovation combine to form a milieu for rest and relaxation.

SoBe Towers in Asia

The 1. phase development is going to consist of two 60-80 story towers, a major shopping & entertainment hub and a marina. One tower is a hotel and includes timeshare units. The second is a condominium tower.

Different options are available to bring Miami Beach`s lifestyle to your neighborhood. Existing project plans can be adjusted in size and to any location.
