I am finally realizing my dream of creating a waterfront hotspot for the international jet set, world travelers and residents in one of my favorite cities - Rio de Janeiro.

It is going to be a place where locals and visitors will be given an incomparable quality of life as luxury and innovation combine to form the ultimate milieu for play, rest and relaxation.

The 1. phase development is going to consist of two 60-80 story towers, a major shopping & entertainment hub and a marina.

One tower is a hotel and includes timeshare units.The second is a condominium tower.

Different options are available to bring Miami Beach`s lifestyle to your neighborhood.

Existing project plans can be adjusted in size and to any location.

At the moment I am looking for partners with eligible prime real estate of 30 acres or more and financing.
