I am looking for a partner in the Middle East to help me utilize my wealth of experience, superb taste and my never-ending drive to turn my vision into tomorrow's reality.

Therefore I am seeking approximately 1,000 acres to create a first-class international jet set hub. I plan to develop a waterfront or island based hotspot, which will include a deep-water marina and a supply harbor.
